Our Responsibilities to Our Country
The majority of Americans do not realize that our government is in the business of running a nation, and like any other corporation, it takes money and knowlege to run it. The Federal Government of the United States of America was designed to operate as a non-for-profit corporation with an unlimited amount of capital that it receives from the people in the form of taxation. Like any other large corporation, it makes business errors.
Our Federal Government Uses the Constitution as Its Articles of Incorporation
Our government consists of three branches. The Executive Branch-where the U.S. President is comparable to a C.E.O. of a large corporation. The Legislative Branch- where Congress is comparable to a C.F.O. And the Judicial Branch where the Supreme Court oversees and acts as the secretary who insures that the Executive and the Legislative branches follow the by-laws of this nation.
Are Our Kids Entitled to Prosperity?
It is also important that we teach our children to take advantage of their constitutional rights, and to attend to these rights in a business like manner. This will bring about balance between the citizens, Wall Street, and our Federal Government.
How You View Your Government          Depends on Your Cultural Mind Set
Changing Your Economic Approach to Life
Before continuing, we want to be sure that you understand that this book is not all about your constitutional rights. It is also about how true conservatism can be a guide to your prosperity. This nation was founded and dedicated on the fundamental principle that “all men and women are created equal in the eyes of God.” To protect your constitutional rights there are rules in place that must be followed if you want to become successful.

The United States Constitution is not as perfect as some politicians may think. These rules of law look good on paper, but the Constitution still needs the assistance of all its citizens to cultivate it into what it was meant to be. This Constitution is a set of rules written to enhance the economic life of those who walk on her shores, regardless of ethnicity. But the actual vision for this Constitution has not yet been achieved.
.Securing Blessings of Liberty and Economic Wellness
As Americans, we have the wrong impression of the federal government’s role and its ability to help its citizens. We are being told by the status quo that the government is our adversary, but that is far from the truth. They know that if we are always annoyed at our government we will never have time to assist in improving it. As Americans we must view our federal government regulations as a tools for success and not a weight around our necks.
This nation was built on the backs of the underprivileged and middle class. Our nation’s economic survival must facilitate the poor’s successful assimilation into mainstream society.
This book will examine the incoherent nature of our country’s immigration and naturalization policies. Our assessments are based on facts and not on political rhetoric. The deception of entitlement shows how our immigration laws are Constitutionally flawed, illogical and perplexing, thereby denying and reversing citizenship to millions of people..
Lack of Representation
The Foundation of Our Immigration Laws
Our immigration, naturalization and taxation policies are based on the theories of cultural profiling. Some of these policies are designed to reverse the petitioner’s legal right to become a citizen.  Because of the flaws within our Constitution the foundation of our immigration laws and how they are carried out must be re-examined.
We will also focus on the unfairness and the lack of equality that has been established in our taxation and representation laws within the American population. The fundamental nature of our immigration, naturalization and taxation policies is structured on that flawed agreement within the Constitution.
It Is Our Business to Help Feed the World
Our Responsibilities
Citizen in the United States including the underprivileged pay their fair share in taxes, and has a vested interest in this corporation (government). And as stockholders are entitled to the guarantees and the protection of some forms of human resources by our Federal Government. The Federal Government does not guarantee wealth or prosperity. What both our Federal Government and our Constitution do guarantee is the pursuit of happiness and a means to become economically sound, regardless of ones ethnicity.
Every American Pays Some Form of Taxes
The Deception of Entitlement”
Obstacles to Equality in this Country
Our immigration and naturalization policies have proven that the elite and the status quo, with their hold on this nation’s power, have continued to blind Americans for two centuries over the issues of race. Those who are privileged would like for us to believe that the major difficulties in our country are based on race. Within this book we have done our best to illustrate to you how the elite utilize the power of the illusion of race to control the wealth and power of this nation. This deception of race played by our political leaders is a hoax.
We have shown throughout this book that the politicians today, who continue to use the phrase "playing the race card”, are themselves delusional about race. They persist in false belief, held in the face of strong contradictory scientific evidence, that there is but one race and that is the human race.
Citizens, along with the State and Federal government, have the constitutional responsibility and the economic duty to introduce comprehensive programs to teach the fundamentals of economic wellness to the underprivileged. You will also learn how to use the economic tools that will be needed to establish the intergenerational transfer of wealth to each and every citizen.

Where Is Your Tax Money Really Going?
Total Outlays (Federal Funds):$2,650 billion
  Militaty:54% and $1,449 billion
  NON-Military: 46% and $1,210 billion

These figures are from an analysis of detailed tables in the “Analytical Perspectives” book of the Budget of the United States Government, Fiscal Year 2009. The figures are federal funds, which do not include trust funds such as Social Security, that are raised and spent separately from income taxes. What you pay (or don’t pay) by April 15, 2011, goes to the federal funds portion of the budget. The government practice of combining trust and federal funds began during the Vietnam War, thus making the human needs portion of the budget seem larger and the military portion smaller.
HOW THESE FIGURES WERE DETERMINED

Current military” includes Dept. of Defense ($653 billion), the military portion from other departments ($150 billion), and an additional $162 billion to supplement the Budget’s misleading and vast underestimate of only $38 billion for the “war on terror.” “Past military” represents veterans’ benefits plus 80% of the interest on the debt.*
 here to add text.
Analysts differ on how much of the debt stems from the military; other groups estimate 50% to 60%. We use 80% because we believe if there had been no military spending most (if not all) of the national debt would have been eliminated.

Lock Box
The most difficult task in the writing of this book was how to personalize the wordings within the Constitution.
It became imperative that we make these constitutional words come alive within the hearts and souls of all Americans

Those of us who are working, have worked, or have paid any form of taxes, have the right and the privilege to claim the use of any government programs that have been created for its citizens. It is your responsibility, as a citizen, to learn what is needed to protect your family’s future, your income and your tax investments. Yes, I said tax investments.  Because when you give a fraction of your pay check to Uncle Sam or buy any taxable product, you are investing in your future and the future of this federal non-for profit corporation.

Most Americans experience life by sitting on the sidelines and waiting for things to happen. These Americans feel that they can neither control nor influence their economic circumstances. We discovered that to make economic changes or differences in our environment, we would have to fully understand the legal system by which we are governed. We recognized that to be a pro-ethnic and economically sound society, it is essential that we have common goals. The most important goal is the protection of our economic resources and our constitutional way of life.
